Love my Co-worker Critics!

The Funnel Cake Cupcakes had mixed responses. Most people agreed with me that the cake was a little dense and lacked the fluffy lightness that I like. The cake was compared to a cake that someones "Nana" used to make- which was a good thing, I guess :)  The icing went over  pretty well. It wasn't my favorite, but supposedly it was a hit. I was actually asked for a second cupcake by someone just so she could eat the icing........please. The cake was not that bad Ranada! I am very grateful for my honest work friends! Feedback is the key!
